Three Bean Chili
Appliance: Slow Cooker - 4 quarts and larger.

This recipe is a meat free alternative to the Classic Chili recipe
Ingredients
   1 onion, diced
   1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
   2 cloves garlic, minced
   2 tablespoon chili powder
   1 teaspoon cumin
   1/2 teaspoon oregano
   1 tablespoon soy sauce OR gluten free tamari
   1/2 teaspoon pepper
   1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes (with juice)
   1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
   1 cup beer OR 1 cup vegetable broth
   1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
   1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
   1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
   1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed


Directions
Stir together all ingredients in the crock or inner bowl of your slow cooker. Cover and cook 2-3 hours on High or 4-6 hours on low.
