Classic Chili
   1 teaspoon oil
   1 pound ground beef
   1 onion, diced
   1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
   2 cloves garlic, minced
   2 tablespoons chili powder
   1 teaspoon ground cumin
   1/2 teaspoon oregano
   1 teaspoon salt
   1/2 teaspoon pepper
   1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes (with juice)
   1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
   1 cup beer OR 1 cup beef broth
   1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
   1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
   1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

Heat oil in rice cooker's inner bowl. Crumble beef into rice cooker and add onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally and breaking up large pieces of meat. Drain off excess fat.

Add ground beef mixture to the crock or inner bowl of your slow cooker and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 2-3 hours on High or 4-6 hours on low.
