Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce or gluten free tamari
   2 tablespoons rice vinegar
   2 teaspoons sugar
1 green onion, very thinly sliced

Directions
Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in your Rice Cooker's inner bowl and push Cook button. Use white rice setting, if applicable. Heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is fully dissolved and sauce is just beginning to boil.

To serve, ladle sauce into small dip bowls and top each with some of the green onion. Refrigerate unused sauce without the green onion. Use within two weeks.

This is the dipping sauce typically served with Pork and Cabbage Potstickers. It goes well with many meat filled dumplings, including Pork and Cabbage Siu Mae and Boiled Pork and Cabbage Dumplings.
