Sloppy Joes
   1 tablespoon cooking oil
   1 pound ground beef
1/2 an onion, finely diced (about 3/4 cup)
1 stalk of celery, finely diced
1/2 a bell pepper, finely diced
   1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup-based chili sauce (like Heinz) OR ketchup
1/2 cup water (plus additional, if necessary)
   2 tablespoons brown sugar
   2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
   1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
Hamburger buns or other split rolls, for serving

Heat oil in rice cooker's inner bowl. Crumble beef into rice cooker and add onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally and breaking up large pieces of meat. Drain off excess fat.

Stir in the chili sauce (or ketchup), water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a little additional water, 2 tablespoons at a time, if sauce becomes too thick.

Serve on buns or rolls.
