Shrimp and Snow Pea Ramen
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 4 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   2 cups water
   1 package shrimp flavored ramen
   1 cup fresh or frozen snow peas
   6 – 8 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
   2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce (like Mae Ploy)
   Fresh lime or lemon wedges (optional)
   Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


Directions
Add water to the inner bowl of your rice cooker and push Cook button. Use white rice setting, if applicable. Cover and bring water to a boil. Add the contents of the flavor packet, noodles, shrimp and peas and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque throughout.

Stir in chili sauce and serve. A squeeze from fresh lime or lemon wedges and fresh cilantro enhances the Thai flavors of the soup.
