Easy Ramen Beef Broccoli
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 4 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   3 1/2 cups water, divided
   1 cup broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
   4 ounces left-over or precooked beef, sliced thin
   1 package beef flavored ramen
   2 tablespoon hoisin sauce


Directions
Add 2 cups of water to rice cooker's inner bowl, cover and push cook button. Use steam cooking setting, if available. Bring water to a boil and add broccoli. Cook until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain. Toss broccoli and beef together in the colander or a small bowl and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups water to rice cooker's inner bowl, cover and bring to a boil. Remove flavoring packet from ramen and set aside. Add noodles to boiling water and cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes.

Stir in contents of flavoring packet and hoisin sauce until well blended. Stir in beef and broccoli and serve.
