Orange Rosemary Cranberry Sauce
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 6 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries
   1 cup sugar
   1/2 cup orange juice
   2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves, minced
   1/2 teaspoons grated orange zest
   Pinch of salt


Directions
Stir together all ingredients in the inner bowl of your rice cooker and push Cook button. Use simmer setting, if applicable. Cook, uncovered (if your rice cooker will operate with lid off), stirring occasionally, until cranberries begin to burst and sauce thickens, about 7 to 10 minutes.
