Easy Indonesian Style Noodles
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 6 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
   1 small (4 – 6 ounces) chicken breast, thinly sliced
   1 cup broccoli slaw mix
   1 package ramen (any flavor)
   2 cups water
   2 tablespoons oyster sauce
   3 tablespoons soy sauce
   1 tablespoon brown sugar


Directions
Add the cooking oil to the rice cooker's inner bowl and push Cook button. Use saute setting, if available. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on both sides, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add broccoli slaw and cook, stirring frequently, for one minute more. Remove chicken and vegetables to a plate or bowl.

Remove flavor packet from noodles and discard or save for another use. Add water to the inner bowl of your rice cooker and push Cook button. Use white rice setting, if applicable. Cover and bring water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes (not the usual 3 minutes). Drain noodles.

Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar to the rice cooker's inner bowl and stir until sugar has melted. Add vegetables and chicken and stir to combine. Push Cook button and cook until chicken is heated through and sauce thickens slightly, 1 to 2 minutes. Add noodles and toss until coated with sauce. Serve.
