Fennel Scented Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
   1 bag (12 ounces) cranberries (fresh or frozen)
   1 cup sugar
   1 cup orange juice
   1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
   1 teaspoon grated orange zest
   Pinch of salt


Directions
Stir together all ingredients in the inner bowl of your rice cooker and push Cook button. Use Simmer or Soup/Stew setting, if applicable. Cook, uncovered (if your rice cooker will operate with lid off), stirring occasionally, until cranberries begin to burst and sauce thickens, about 7 to 10 minutes.

Serve warm or chilled. For gift-giving, spoon into sterilized jars and promptly refrigerate.
