Classic Cocktail Meatballs (Test Kitchen Method)
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 8 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   1 jar (8 ounces) grape jelly
   1 bottle (12 ounces) Heinz chili sauce
   2 pounds of pre-cooked cocktail sized meatballs


Directions
Thaw frozen meatballs overnight in the refrigerator.

Add jelly and chili sauce to rice cooker's inner bowl and push Cook button. Use saute setting, if applicable. Cook, stirring frequently with a non-metal whisk, until jelly is melted and sauce is bubbly.

Stir in meatballs. Cook 15- 20 minutes, until meatballs reach 165 degrees (F). Switch to keep warm to serve.
