Alfredo Ramen with Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients
   3 1/2 cups water, divided
1 cup broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup "Pulled" chicken or precooked chicken OR 1 (12-14 ounce) can of chicken, drained
   2 tablespoons butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
   1 package ramen, any flavor

Directions
Add 2 cups of water to rice cooker's inner bowl, cover and push cook button. Use steam cooking setting, if available. Bring water to a boil and add broccoli. Cook until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain and empty cooking water. Toss broccoli and chicken together in the colander or a small bowl and set aside.

Add remaining 1 1/2 cups of water and butter to rice cooker's inner bowl, cover and push cook button. Bring water to a boil and add cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. If your rice cooker will not operate with lid open, don't worry. There is enough heat in the water to melt the cheese.

Remove flavoring packet from ramen and discard or save for another use. Add noodles to rice cooker, cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and chicken and serve.
