Alfredo Ramen with Cauliflower
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 4 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   3 1/4 cups water, divided
   1 cup cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen
   2 tablespoons butter
   1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
   1 package ramen, any flavor


Directions
Add 2 cups of water to rice cooker's inner bowl, cover and push cook button. Use steam cooking setting, if available. Bring water to a boil and add cauliflower. Cook until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside. Empty cooking water.

Add remaining 1 1/4 cup of water and butter to rice cooker's inner bowl, cover and push cook button. Bring water to a boil and add cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. If your rice cooker will not operate with lid open, don't worry. There is enough heat in the water to melt the cheese.

Remove flavoring packet from ramen and discard or save for another use. Add noodles to rice cooker, cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Stir in cauliflower and serve.
