Easy Buffalo Chicken Noodles
Appliance: Rice Cooker - 4 cup capacity and larger.

Ingredients
   1 package chicken flavored ramen
   1 cup water
   1/2 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce (to taste)
   1 tablespoon butter or margarine
   1 can (5 to 7 ounces) chunk chicken, drained
         OR 3/4 cup “Pulled” chicken or other pre-cooked chicken
   1 stalk celery, sliced (optional)


Directions
Remove flavor packet from ramen and add about half of it along with the water to the inner bowl of your rice cooker and push Cook button. Use white rice setting, if applicable. Cover and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook, stirring often, for 2 1/2 minutes (instead of the usual 3 minutes).

Switch rice cooker to Keep Warm. Add the hot sauce and butter and mix until noodles are evenly coated. Add chicken and stir gently. Cover and let rest until the chicken is warm through, 3 to 5 minutes. Toss noodles with celery, if using, and serve.
