This grilled sandwich is a great way to use holiday leftovers
Sweet Turkey Reuben
   4 slices sourdough bread
   Softened butter or mayonnaise
   4 slices Swiss cheese
6-8 ounces sliced turkey (leftover or deli sliced)
2-4 tablespoons Thousand Island, Russian dressing or Yum-Yum sauce
1/2 cup coleslaw (or more, to taste)

Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's recommendation for sandwiches, or medium high to high heat.

Spread butter or mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Layer unbuttered side of bottom slices with one piece of cheese, the turkey and the second piece of cheese. Spread dressing, to taste, over unbuttered side of remaining bread slice and place on top of the cheese and meat layers, buttered side up.

Place sandwich on bottom grill plate and close lid, using the sandwich or panini hinge setting, if available. Grill 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Transfer to wire rack. Carefully open sandwiches and add coleslaw just before serving.
