This recipe is part of the Burger Collection
   1/4 cup sour cream
   1/2 cup onion, minced
   3/4 cup breadcrumbs
   2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon black pepper
   1 pound ground beef

Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's directions for hamburgers or medium high to high, depending on your model. Use grill plates, if applicable.

Mix all ingredients except beef in a large bowl until well blended. Add meat and mix by hand only until evenly combined. Do not overwork. Overworked meat will be mealy. Shape into four patties, 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick.

Grill burgers according to the following:
For medium-rare (warm red center), grill burgers to 130-135 degrees(F), 5-6 minutes
For medium (light pink center), grill burgers to 135-145 degrees(F), 6-7 minutes
For well-done (little or no pink remaining), grill burgers to 145 degrees(F), 7-8 minutes
For USDA recommended doneness, grill burgers to 165 degrees(F), 8-9 minutes

For juiciest burgers, allow them to rest 5 minutes before serving.
