Sour Cream and Onion Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
   1/4 cup sour cream
   1/2 cup onion, minced
   3/4 cup breadcrumbs
   2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon black pepper
   1 pound ground turkey


Directions
Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's directions for hamburgers or medium high to high, depending on your model. Use grill plates, if applicable.

Mix all ingredients except turkey in a large bowl until well blended. Add meat and mix by hand only until evenly combined. Do not overwork. Overworked meat will be mealy. Shape into four patties, 1/2 inch thick.

Grill burgers to an internal temperature of 165 degrees(F), 5 to 8 minutes. Tent with foil and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
