A quicker, leaner, weeknight version of classic American meatloaf
Quick Grilled Meatloaf
   3/4 cup breadcrumbs
   1 egg, lightly beaten
   1/4 cup milk
   1/2 teaspoon onion powder
   1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon pepper
   2 tablespoons ketchup
   1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
   1 pound ground beef

Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's directions for hamburgers or medium high to high, depending on your model. Use grill plates, if applicable.

Mix all ingredients except beef in a large bowl until well blended. Add meat and mix by hand only until evenly combined. Do not overwork. Overworked meat will be mealy.

Shape into four patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Grill to an internal temperature of 165 degrees(F), 8-10 minutes. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
