Island Ham Melt
   2 slices sandwich bread
   Softened butter or mayonnaise
   2 slices Swiss cheese
   2 ounces sliced deli ham or leftover spiral sliced ham
   2 pineapple rings, drained and patted dry

Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's recommendation for sandwiches, or medium high to high heat. Use griddle or flat plates, if applicable.

Spread butter or mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Layer unbuttered side of bottom slice with one piece of cheese, the pineapple, ham and the second piece of cheese. Top with remaining bread slice, buttered side up.

Grill until cheese is melted, ham is warm and bread is golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and allow to cool about 3 minutes before serving.
