Green Beans with Goat Cheese and Sultanas

Green Beans with Goat Cheese and Sultanas
Ingredients
   1 pound green beans, trimmed
   1 tablespoon oil
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
   1 tablespoon fresh basil, thinly sliced
   2-3 tablespoons sultanas (golden raisins)
   Salt and pepper, to taste
   1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles


Directions
Preheat contact grill for vegetables according to manufacturer's directions or to high. Use grill inserts, if applicable.

In a large bowl, toss green beans in oil and sprinkle with salt.

Grill in a single layer for 5-6 minutes, until tender (3 minutes if using smaller French green beans or Haricot Vert). Grill in batches, if necessary.

Return warm green beans to the bowl and toss with vinegar, basil, raisins salt and pepper. Transfer to a shallow serving dish and top with cheese.
