Citrus Marinated Tilapia

Ingredients
For the Marinade:
   1 teaspoon lemon or lime zest
   1/4 cup orange juice
   2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
   1 garlic clove, minced
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/8 teaspoon pepper
   
   4 tilapia fillets, about 1/2 inch thick
   Lemon or lime wedges


Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in a gallon sized zipper bag and shake until well combined. Add tilapia and seal bag, squeezing out as much air as possible. Marinate, refrigerated, for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's instructions for fish, or use medium-high to high heat (depending on your machine). Drain tilapia and discard marinade. Grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, 2-3 minutes.

Squeeze a little lemon or lime juice over grilled fish and serve with additional wedges.
