This Grilled Cheese recipe uses our "Pulled" Chicken
Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt
Ingredients
   2 slices sandwich bread
   Mayonnaise or softened butter
   2 slices Swiss cheese
   1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, or to taste
   2 ounces Pulled Chicken OR leftover rotisserie chicken
   1-2 ounces sliced ham


Directions
Preheat contact grill according to manufacturer's recommendation for sandwiches, or medium high to high heat. Use griddle or flat plates, if applicable.

Spread mayonnaise or butter over one side of each slice of bread. Layer unbuttered side of bottom slice with one piece of cheese, the chicken, ham and the second piece of cheese. Spread mustard, to taste, and additional mayonnaise, if desired, over unbuttered side of remaining bread slice and place on top of the cheese and meat layers, buttered side up.

Grill 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Transfer to wire rack and allow to cool slightly before serving.
