Grilled Asparagus with Sultanas and Pinenuts

Grilled Asparagus with Golden Raisins and Pinenuts
Ingredients
   1 bunch asparagus spears
   1 tablespoon oil
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
   2-3 tablespoons golden raisins
   1-2 tablespoons toasted pinenuts
   Salt and pepper, to taste
   A good quality olive oil (for serving)


Directions
Preheat contact grill for vegetables according to manufacturer's directions or to high. Use grill inserts, if applicable.

Snap woody ends from asparagus spears. In a large bowl, toss asparagus in oil and sprinkle with salt.

Grill in a single layer for 2 to 4 minutes, until tender. Grill in batches, if necessary.

Return warm asparagus to the bowl and toss with vinegar, raisins, salt and pepper. Transfer to a shallow serving dish and drizzle with olive oil. Top with pinenuts and serve.
