Dim Sum (and Then Some)

Dim Sum is a collection of small plates often served as a light meal. "Dim Sum" is fabled to mean "touch the heart" or "made with love", and is believed to have originated in traditions from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

We've expanded this collection to include Dim Sum dumplings and steamed buns, as well as small plate dishes from throughout Southeast Asia and Japan, all perfect as appetizers, cocktail nibbles or a tapas-style meal.

Plus, we have a great list of tips and tricks for converting your Rice Cooker into a Dim Sum steamer.
